Terms and Conditions of Quotations

Our offer is based on normal working hours of Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
We understand that all materials can be delivered and stored adjacent to the work area.
The works may involve occasional short periods of hammer drilling for the fixing of Clips ETC, this is part of the installation process and must occur in sequential order.
No allowance has been made for costs that may be incurred resulting from the presence of asbestos, synthetic mineral fibers, or such similar substances in any form or any associated disputes arising out of asbestos-related activity. Any such costs will be extra to the contract. No Allowance has been made for builders works which may result from existing site conditions.
No Allowance has been made for patching and Painting of ceilings, floors, and walls should penetrations be made for cable reticulation purposes.
We assume that normal amenities would be available for use by our staff.
We have allowed us to carry out all works using our own staff.

Should the building owner or his agent request others to attend, any associated costs will be extra to the contract.
Should a workshop or as-built drawings be required, we will be provided with layout drawings in DXF, DWG, or AUTOCAD.
Nil Retentions monies will be held as part of the agreed works and all monies must be paid in full before we releasing the Installation certificate.
Progress claims will be made monthly for works completed during that month. Our terms of payment are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice.
We are to be engaged as a base building fire services contractor. All essential fire services for the entire building including tenancies to be carried out by us. No external services contractor is allowed without acceptance to interface with the base building fire services system. It is to keep all fire safety systems in compliance.
This offer is valid for acceptance for a period of 30 days.
Progress claims will be made monthly for works completed during that month. Our terms of payment are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice.
